I had an excellent experience at this clinic yesterday. From the front desk to the nurses, anesthesiologist, doctor, and support staff—everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and thorough. My doctor, Dr. Wong, was especially wonderful—very attentive, reassuring, and clear in all explanations.Every step of the process was clearly explained, including insurance details, copays, and the procedure itself, which made me feel completely at ease. Super personable, both the doctor and the entire staff. I see the doctor once every 5 years for 5 minutes and he makes you feel important to him; the staff tries very hard to make the process smooth.My only complaint is that i would have liked to have slept another hour or so before being woken up. I would pay extra for that :)
