Dr. Wong was amazing. I took my mother for her first colonoscopy, and he provided in-depth information, made sure we were prepared, and provided results rapidly. His kind and gentle demeanor made the process easy and smooth. The only thing I would recommend to others (and perhaps this amount of pain and discomfort is normal) is to align expectations on the amount of pain/sensation felt during the procedure—we feel the anesthesiologist could have provided a slightly heavier dose, as my mother was in a lot more pain than expected afterwards. We shared the feedback with Dr. Wong, and he noted it. Thanks Dr. Wong! Oh and the nurses and admin staff were helpful, friendly, and super professional
