In contrast to a previous experience at a different practice that left me anxious about having another endoscopy and colonoscopy, I was incredibly impressed by this practice.Everything was seamless, clean and professional from start to end. Check-in was easy, the waiting area was pleasant, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and reassuring. The entire facility inspired confidence. There are various “tells” about how well a practice is run, such as staff who seem genuinely happy to work there (they did) and little things like offering to cut off your patient band before you leave, something that reflects a level of attentiveness that inspires confidence.Dr. Pashinsky was fantastic—great bedside manner and incredibly skillful. While the other practice left me sore for a couple of days, this time at this practice I felt perfectly fine after both procedures.I think the best compliment I can give is that the very first thought I had when I woke up was, "I can't wait to write a great review for this practice."

I recommend Dr Kavaler and his team at NY Gastroenterology. The staff are welcoming and seem very well-organized. They make you feel that you're in competent hands, because you are. Very smooth admittance and prep for procedure. Dr Kavaler takes time with you, and is happy to explain everything if you have questions. I had a minor issue following the procedure, left him a message on the patient portal, and he called me on the phone right away to hear my concerns and offer help. He makes you feel well cared-for. This was my third colonoscopy done by him, and I would definitely recommend him.

I meet DR Adler 7 years ago. I went to him because I thought I had Irritable bowl syndrome. He treated me so professionally and kindly and gave me answers. 7 years later, I did my colonoscopy again with him. He is an amazing person and he gives me so much peace.
