Can I stop participating at any time?
Yes. Participation is completely voluntary, and you may withdraw from a study at any time, for any reason, without affecting your regular care at NYGA.
Will this affect my insurance or regular treatment?
Study-related care is covered by the sponsor and is not billed to your insurance. Your NYGA physician remains involved in your care, and the research team coordinates with them so your regular treatment continues as appropriate.
